The University Master in Stereotactic Radiosurgery, activated at Vita-Salute San Raffaele in Milan, is intended to give participants adjourned and appropriate competences, both theoretical and practical, in the main branches of Stereotactic Radiosurgery, so to offer adequate treatment indication thanks to technical progress and knowledge in that field.

The aim of the course is to improve the knowledge of students graduated in Medicine. Particularly of those specialists in neurosurgery and radiotherapy.

The participants are involved both in the diagnostic and therapeutic evaluation of patients with different neurosurgical pathologies and take part routinely, on a daily basis, in the Gamma Knife Unit.

The training includes the frequency of the diagnostic, clinic, radiosurgical and surgical areas.

Assessment of learning will be tested trough daily practice and with an experimental thesis.
